SPARK National Conference

Conference Registration

Space at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center is limited and reservations will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. All reservations are subject to room and rate availability. All requests for additional nights either before or after the conference will be addressed on a case by case basis, based on availability.

Membership in SPARK is required for exhibitors or sponsors. Vendor members must exhibit or sponsor in order to attend the conference.  A Vendor member includes system providers and companies providing participant and/or plan level communications.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Registration fees are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the start of the conference; however, you may send another person in your place with advance written notice to The SPARK Institute, Inc. You may cancel at any time at least 30 days in advance of the start of the conference, and receive a refund of your registration fee less a $100 non-refundable deposit. Acceptance of registration and attendance is subject to approval by The SPARK Institute, Inc. The SPARK Institute, Inc. reserves the right to cancel these events for any reason, and shall not be responsible for losses of airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by registrants. The conference agenda, schedule and speakers are subject to change without notice.
