When should I pay?
Payment of the registration fee is due when you submit your Conference Registration Form. You will receive a registration confirmation by email, within the next business day, upon the processing of your registration form.

What happens if I need to cancel?
Registration fees are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the start of the conference; however, you may send another person in your place with advance written notice to The SPARK Institute, Inc. You may cancel at any time at least 30 days in advance of the start of the conference, and receive a refund of your registration fee less a $100 non-refundable deposit. Acceptance of registration and attendance is subject to approval by The SPARK Institute, Inc. The SPARK Institute, Inc. reserves the right to cancel these events for any reason, and shall not be responsible for losses of airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by registrants. The conference agenda, schedule and speakers are subject to change without notice.
