With more than 35 years of practice, Bruce has gained wide experience representing businesses in sophisticated business transactions, employee benefits matters, and employment law issues.

His practice today focuses on all aspects of employee benefits issues, including representing public and private sector plans and their sponsors, negotiating the resolution of plan qualification issues under the DOL's Employer Plan Division remedial correction programs, advising and defending fiduciaries on their obligations and liabilities, and structuring qualified plans, non-qualified deferred compensation arrangements and health care arrangements. Combining his employee benefits and transactional expertise, Bruce is also active in the installation and funding of employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs).

In 2005, the Compliance Edge® program was enhanced to include a state of the art Web-based remittance tool allowing employers to easily accommodate multiple investment providers. The Electronic Process for Automated Remittance Services or "EPARS" is an innovative and effective method for employers to securely transmit remittance data and send funds directly to providers via ACH transfer while maintaining full control of the process. Todd Berghuis

Todd Berghuis heads the ERISA Compliance Department and oversees all technical research and compliance activities for Ascensus. This includes the technical content of the qualified retirement plan documents and forms that Ascensus makes available to financial organizations.

The ERISA Compliance Department monitors all legislation, regulatory pronouncements and industry developments affecting qualified retirement plans and ensures that these developments are reflected in Ascensus' products and services, including Ascensus' recordkeeping practice. This department also serves as Ascensus' liaison to the IRS, DOL and key congressional offices and committees that have an impact on qualified retirement plans.

Todd is a frequent and highly regarded speaker at industry conferences and retirement plan programs for attorneys, financial organizations and trade associates. He served as an ERISA attorney since 1985. He received his Juris Doctorate from Hamline University School of Law in 1985 and a bachelor's degree from Concordia College in 1982. He joined Ascensus as an attorney in 2000. He is member of the American and Minnesota Bar Associations and is active in a number of industry committee's including the American Society for Pension Practitioners and Actuaries where he is the past Chair and current member of that organization's Government Affairs DOL subcommittee and a member of the SPARK organization's Government Relations Committee.

Ronald L. Bush

Ron has over 25 years of experience as a manager and consultant in the retirement, investment products and insurance businesses. He is a frequent speaker on retirement services industry topics at conferences and client forums.

He was a founding partner of Access Research where he developed that firm's research-based strategic consulting practice. Previously he was with CIGNA's pension and investment management business where he was responsible for business strategy and research.

Ron has core expertise in the defined contribution sector but his interests and experiences extend across the entire retirement services arena. Recently, he has been particularly engaged in the retail transformation of institutional markets including the capture of IRA rollovers and other distributions from qualified plans, the development of retirement income products and in assessing the needs of pre-retirees and the recently retired.

Steve has nearly 30 years of retirement plan industry sales and servicing experience. Paul has been consulting in the industry since 1993. Experience includes operating as an ERISA plan administrator, working for an Institutional asset management firm, managing a regional consulting practice for a national firm and most recently, as an entrepreneur, building and managing his own clientele.

Paul founded the D'Aiutolo Institutional Consulting Team at UBS, whose primary focus is to provide Fiduciary services to Corporate Investment Committees and educational to the participants they govern. Currently, the Team has consulting arrangements with over 100 ERISA clients, representing assets in excess of $600 million and generating over $1 million in annual fees.

Paul continues to advocate for his profession by being an active participant in the ASPPA 401(k) Sales Summit, CFDD National Conferences, SPARK National Conference and the Plan Adviser National Conference. Steve has over 18 years of experience in the retirement plan industry, with a particular focus on participant directed plans. Prior to forming Mayflower Advisors, he was a Managing Director at H. C. Wainwright & Co., Inc. responsible for the Retail Products division, which included the Retirement Plan Services and Mutual Fund Research departments. From 1995 to 1999, he was Vice President at BT Alex Brown, overseeing all aspects of acquisition and service for the Midwest and Northeast Corridor for the Retirement Plan Services group. Previously, he was one of the original members of the Retirement Sales Team at Massachusetts Financial Services (MFS), Inc. in Boston.

Steve is a graduate of Colby College where he received a B.A. in both Honors Physics and Economics. He is a Registered Securities Principal and is also a frequent speaker at industry conferences and workshops. In 2006, Steve was honored as one of the "Best of the Best" Retirement Plan Advisors by PLANSPONSOR Magazine.1

Steve followed up that honor by being named the 2009 PLANSPONSOR Magazine Retirement Plan Adviser of the Year. Steve was selected from more than 550 nominees nationwide for the award, which acknowledges the efforts of the nation's best retirement plan advisers in helping make retirement security a reality for workers across the nation. Paul J. Gallagher is Managing Director, Product Development and Management for TIAA-CREF, the leading provider of retirement services in the academic, medical and cultural fields.

Paul is the product manager for a suite of products that help plan sponsors simplify the day to day administration of their retirement plan(s) and comply with all relevant rules that impact their plan(s). Paul's key areas of focus include plan documents, compliance limits monitoring, our Compliance Coordinator Service and plan reporting. In addition, Paul is also the business owner of our new Multi-Vendor Administrative Services (MVAS) unit. Mr. Gallagher also represents TIAA-CREF on the board of the SPARK Institute.

Paul has extensive experience building and implementing transformational service strategies. His background includes senior leadership positions at Morgan Stanley, Fidelity and AXA.

Mr. Gallagher earned his B.A. degree from Franklin & Marshall College and an M.B.A. from Cornell University.

Evan Giller

Evan's practice focuses on benefit plan issues of tax exempt organizations. He and his firm specializes in retirement plans under IRC sections 403(b) and 457, including plan design, compliance, and fiduciary issues. His also advises on the development and operation of financial products used by retirement plans and on the state regulation of annuity and life insurance products. Evan is a frequent speaker on topics relating to retirement plans and is a contributor to the 403(b) Answer Book.

Prior to founding FBi in October 2007, Tom served as CEO of JPMorgan Retirement Plan Services. Tom started that business in 1990 with only 4 employees and when he left 18 years later, it employed 1,100 people serving 200 large plan sponsors with over 1.5 million participants and more than $115 billion in assets.

During his tenure of leadership, the company initiated numerous industry firsts including no blackout conversions and the innovative employee education program, Audience of One. He also served on the Executive Committee for JPMorgan's asset management business.

Prior to joining JPMorgan Retirement Plan Services, Tom was an associate with William M. Mercer, Inc. in Kansas City where he was responsible for the overall delivery of defined contribution services to a wide variety of clients.

Kim Meyer

Kim Meyer is vice president of retirement services for Ibbotson Associates, Inc., a registered investment advisor and wholly owned subsidiary of Morningstar, Inc.

Meyer has more than 13 years of experience in the financial services industry. She joined Ibbotson in 2004, and currently leads the retirement services team responsible for the strategy, execution, and product development initiatives. Meyer works closely with a broad range of clients in providing investment advice, discretionary managed accounts, custom target maturity solutions and plan sponsor consulting services to some of the largest mutual fund, insurance companies, plan providers and plan sponsors in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Ibbotson, Meyer was assistant vice president and product manager for Scudder Investment where she developed and managed variable annuity and variable life insurance products.

Billy Morris

Billy Morris is senior vice president and sector manager for the benefits administration group of SunGard's Wealth Management businesses, where he is responsible for managing the product roadmap and determining business opportunities within the benefit administration space, specifically for SunGard's Omni and Relius products.

Mr. Morris joined SunGard in 1990 as a record keeper for SunGard's Omni product. Since then, he has served in multiple roles, including: customer support, implementation project manager and e-commerce product manager. In 2004, Billy migrated over to STN (the SunGard Transactional Network) where he served in new business development, consulting, sales and account management.

Prior to joining SunGard, Mr. Morris held other jobs within the pension industry serving at AmSouth Bank in the Personal Trust Department.

Mr. Morris is an affiliate with several trade associations within the pension market, such as ASPPA and SPARK. His key focus is to stay abreast on the legislative issues impacting the industry. He has also been a keynote speaker at SPARK.

Billy attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. He currently resides in Trussville, AL with his wife and son.

Abbie Pancoast

Ms. Pancoast provides legal support to the business areas responsible for developing and implementing Lincoln's retirement plan products and services. This includes advising with respect to the development of new products and services, marketing and sales to new and existing clients, and the compliance aspects of servicing existing clients and their retirement plans. Ms. Pancoast focuses principally on the tax and ERISA requirements affecting qualified retirement plans, 403(b), 457 and other deferred compensation plans.

Ms. Pancoast joined Lincoln Financial Group in March of 2008. Prior to joining Lincoln, she worked for nine years as a 401(k) retirement plan record keeper and consultant, and for five years in private practice as an employee benefits lawyer.

Ms. Pancoast has served as a panel speaker on employee benefits and compensation issues for the PENJERDEL Employee Benefits and Compensation Association. She also speaks frequently on various employee benefits topics internally within Lincoln Financial Group. She has also written for various publications on qualified retirement plan and other employee benefits-related matters.

Ms. Pancoast holds a bachelor of science degree in economics from Pennsylvania State University and a law degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania. She is a member of the tax sections of the Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations and serves on the Tax Section Council of the Philadelphia Bar Association. She is also a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries and the American Benefits Council, and serves on the Pension Committee of the American Council of Life Insurers. With the IRS since 1972, he specializes in working primarily on IRC 403(b)/457 plans and other governmental plans. He has extensive audit experience with plans in higher educational institutions, public and private schools K-12, healthcare employers and governmental employers.

She has written extensively on defined contribution issues, including the regular publication PIMCO DC Dialogue™ and her 2010 book, Designing Successful Target-Date Strategies for Defined Contribution Plans. Ms. Schaus has been named by 401k Wire as among the 50 most influential leaders in defined contribution for 2010. She is the founding chair for the Defined Contribution Institutional Investment Association, serves on the board of the Employee Benefit Research Institute and is a past member of the Financial Planning Association board. She has 29 years of investment experience and holds an MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University and an undergraduate degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Andy Sieg is Head of Retirement & Philanthropic Services (RPS) for Global Wealth & Investment Management at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. The group serves individual clients, small to large corporations, pension plans and endowments and foundations. Overall, RPS is responsible for over $450B of client assets.

Prior to joining Bank of America, Andy led the Emerging Affluent Client Segment within Citigroup Global Wealth Management where he was responsible for the firm's approach to attracting and serving affluent U.S. households. Before joining Citigroup in 2005, Andy spent 13 years at Merrill Lynch, most recently as Managing Director of the New York International Complex, the firm's flagship international private banking office. Before that, he led Merrill Lynch's San Diego office complex. After being appointed Managing Director in 2000, Andy led the creation of the Financial Advisory Center (FAC), a call center-based client offering that received industry-wide recognition.

Andy earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics with Honors and Highest Distinction from The Pennsylvania State University. He also holds a Master in Public Policy (MPP) degree from the Harvard Kennedy School (HKS) and serves as a member of the HKS Dean's Alumni Leadership Council.

Kim Solecki has 10+ years of experience in the defined contribution plan arena, including 403(b), 401(k) and 457(b) plans. She has presented on a variety of topics impacting retirement plans sponsors, including to CUPA-HR, regional Association of School Business Officials (ASBO) chapters, and National Association of Government Defined Contribution Administrators, Inc (NAGDCA.), as well as directly to retirement plan sponsors.
