He was a founding partner of Access Research where he developed that firmís research-based strategic consulting practice. Previously he was with CIGNAís pension and investment management business where he was responsible for business strategy and research.

Ron has core expertise in the defined contribution sector but his interests and experiences extend across the entire retirement services arena. Recently, he has been particularly engaged in the retail transformation of institutional markets including the capture of IRA rollovers and other distributions from qualified plans, the development of retirement income products and in assessing the needs of pre-retirees and the recently retired.

  Ms. Collister is Senior Director, Legislative and Regulatory Affairs for Great-West Retirement Services. An employee benefits attorney, she specializes in the tax and ERISA rules governing employer-sponsored retirement plans, including the unique rules applicable to governmental and church plans, and tax-sheltered annuities. She works with a number of industry associations to monitor legislation and regulations and to shape regulatory guidance on issues important to employer-sponsored plans.

Ms. Collister is a contributing author of the 401(k) Answer Book published by Aspen Publishers, a division of Wolters Kluwer Law and Business. She is a frequent speaker on retirement plan issues, and is the author of Focus on 403(b) and co-author of Focus on 457, a newsletter for governmental defined contribution plans that has been published since 1987. Ms. Collister received the degrees of Juris Doctor and Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Denver, College of Law.

Marilyn is a member of the National Association of Government Defined Contribution Administrators (NAGDCA), currently serving on NAGDCAís Legislative Committee; she is chairwoman of both the Regulatory and Legislative Task Force and the 403(b) Task Force for The SPARK Institute; and is a member of the American Benefits Council Retirement Income Task Force.

  Isabel Colon has served as District Supervisor for the U.S. Department of Labor, Employee Benefits Security Administration since 2003. She is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Miami District Office and for supervising an Investigative group comprised of 8 investigators and 2 support staff members.

Prior to working for the Department of Labor, she worked for the Internal Revenue Service in the Central Florida area for approximately six years. She joined EBSAís Atlanta Regional Office as an Investigator in 1997. As an Investigator, she conducted numerous investigations of employee benefit plans of varying size and type.

  Ralph is responsible for managing INGís TPA relationships nationally. This includes implementing TPA technology solutions, working with our product development teams to ensure the successful launch of TPA friendly products and services as well as developing and coordinating various TPA meetings and educational programs. With over 15 years of experience in the 401(k) defined contribution market, he recently shifted his focus to the 403(b) market as a result of the new regulations that take effect on January 1, 2009. He has held various positions that include time in customer service, information technology, and sales & marketing. He holds a bachelorís degree in marketing and finance from CCSU, a Series 6 and 26 registrations with FINRA and various ASPPA and NIPA designations.

The Institutional Benefit Plan Solutions group provides product management for institutional and corporate benefit plan offerings and manages pricing and underwriting. Products include Defined Contribution, Defined Benefit, NQDC, Equity Award Services (including reporting) and Trust products. The individual business units that comprise IBPS are the Proprietary and Non-Proprietary Product Management Teams, Equity Award Plan Management Team, the Investment Product Management & Development Team and the Client Proposal and Profitability Team.

Before joining Merrill Lynch in 2007, John was at UBS for 14 years in the Asset Management business, Employee Plan Based business and Technology organizations. Most recently, John served as the CIO of the UBS Global Asset Management Company, based in London. Prior to that, he held the position of SVP and Director of their Corporate Employee Financial Services Group, leading the Equity Compensation and Administrative Services Group, responsible for all aspects of the business including product development and innovation, customer relationship management, and technology for a platform which supported 960,000 participants in 97 countries. John joined UBS as part of the acquisition of Paine Webber where he was the SVP Head of Technology for the Paine Webber Client Group where he led the design, development and rollout of their retail brokerage platforms. He started out the first 10 years of his career with International Business Machines (IBM) as a systems engineer and later was promoted to Managing Principal in their Consulting Group.

John is Series 7, 66 and 24 registered and holds an MBA from New York University where he was a Stern Scholar. His undergraduate degree is a BS in Computer Science from the State University of New York where he graduated Magna cum Laude.

He and his wife live in Plandome, NY with their 5 children.

Rich has over thirty years experience in the financial services industry, primarily focused on the design, implementation and administration of executive benefit and non-qualified plans. He was with CIGNA for thirteen years where he created and led their executive benefits group. Rich was also responsible for CIGNAís national brokerage operation and served as president of CIGNA Associates, Inc.

Subsequently, Rich became a Principal in Management Compensation Group, SE a Specialty Non-Qualified Brokerage operation. In that capacity he was responsible for the design and administration of executive benefit programs for some of the countryís largest employers. In addition, he oversaw the operation and management of One Securities Corp., a Broker/Dealer in the benefit funding market.

Prior to joining Merrill Lynch, Mr. McCarthy was a public finance professional at the Bank of New York, and the client service manager at a New York based benefits administration firm.

Mr. McCarthy currently serves on the boards of the Employee Benefit Research Institute and Morgan Stanley Trust Company, NA. Mr. McCarthy earned a B. S. from the College of William and Mary and a J.D. from St. Johnís University.

Ms. Ross managed the various retirement acquisitions made by Union Bank of California between 1995 and 2005, and successfully negotiated the sell of the recordkeeping business from Union Bank of California to Prudential Retirement. Ms. Ross successfully increased assets under administration for Union Bank of California Retirement Services Division from under $5 million to over $25 billion.

He plays a pivotal role in providing product support and channel management of DST Ouput's service offerings for both electronic and eCompliance products. Previous to DST Output, Chris played a similar role for MCI's Pacific Region, supporting wireless, data and internet products. Chris earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government/Journalism from California State University, Sacramento and a Master of Business Administration degree from Golden Gate University.
